Eric K2024-01-02Renew Exterior Services gave the best customer service that I have seen in recent memory. First, I filled out an inquiry, and within 5 minutes got a response. My home happened to be relatively close to their office, so they came out that day. While at the house, Brandon presented several possibilities including the possibility of trying a new design. It sounded interesting to me, so we agreed to give it a shot - he offered a discount if I didn’t like it - no worries, I did. He scheduled the installation within a week. About a month after installation we had a bad wind storm. The lights stayed up but on of the chords came loose and didn’t look great. I called and they fixed it that day. Finally, they scheduled our removal in advance, and let me know when they were on the way. They did a great job all around.Bristy Blackwell2023-12-06Did a great job on home and drive way.
